How to reach Gargnano

From Brescia Gargnano can be reached in about 1.5 hours by coach (coach station located in front of the train station, timetable available at Linee Sia), or in about 1 hour by taxi (Taxi Brixia). Brescia is served by highway A4 (connecting Torino to Trieste), by a high-speed train line (Trenitalia.com), by a local train line (Trenord.it) and by shuttle bus connection to the closest airports (see Airshuttlenord and Autostradale).

From Verona it is possible to reach Desenzano del Garda by train (20-30 min) and then take a coach to Gargnano (1-1.5 hours, timetable available at Linee Sia). Verona is served by highway A4, by a high-speed train line (Trenitalia.com) and by a local train line (Trenord.it).

Airport connections

You can choose to fly to any of the airports of Milan: Milano Linate airport (LIN), Milano Malpensa airport (MPX) or Milano-Orio al Serio airport (BGY). Easyjet covers Milano Linate, Ryanair instead covers Milano-Orio al Serio airport. If you have the possibility, Milano Orio al serio will be the best choice.

From Malpensa airport to Gargnano:
Bus/Train: just out of the terminal take the Malpensa Shuttle or the Malpensa express to Milano Centrale RLW Station (about 50 min), then catch the first train to Brescia (about 1 hour). 
Car: Take the highway, direction Venezia, exit at Brescia Est, heading to Salò. Then take the direction Riva del Garda. After around 15 km, you find Bogliaco, then Villa and then Gargnano Centro. Take the only road entering the center.

From Linate airport to Gargnano:
Bus/Train: just out of the terminal take any public mean to join Milano Centrale RLW Station, catch the first train to Brescia.
Car: take the highway, direction Venezia, exit at Brescia Est, heading to Salò. Then take the direction Riva del Garda. After around 15 km, you find Bogliaco, then Villa and then Gargnano Centro. Take the only road entering the center.

From Bergamo airport to Gargnano:
Bus/Train: from the airport, with the Shuttle Bus, join Bergamo RLW Station (about 10 min) and from there, take the train to Brescia (about 40 min). 
Car: Take the highway, direction Venezia, exit at Brescia Est, heading to Salò. Then take the direction Riva del Garda. After around 15 km, you find Bogliaco, then Villa and then Gargnano Centro. Take the only road entering the center.
